I love Wu

Jason Wu is a bit of an up and comer, after hitting it big with one particular client Michelle Obama it looks like he’s a firm favourite. I have to say I agree with all the good press, he’s got simple elegance down!

Belle of the Ball

Other than this gorgeous coat, his collection of floor length gowns were stunning. They managed to be somehow modest and incredibly elegant. I don’t think I’ll be able to buy any of these beauties any time soon but there are elements you can take and apply to your wardrobe.

The coat at the top is adorable! I’d pair that with jeans or black pants, and a black hijab… Or even a bold plain-coloured hijab!
