In Love with Lanvin

Pre-Fall Preview

Lanvin headscarf hijab style Lanvin pre-fall tailoring

Everything about these images are so strong.  The concept works so well, and the styling is kind of a quirky take on old hollywood glamour.  So they aren’t exactly hijab, but there is something really beautiful about the pictures.

Nice pics~! I really want to know how to tie the first “hijab”, I think it looks great.

I don’t think people realize it, but you lose the nice defining edge of your jawline, when you wrap your scarf in the traditional way. The first scarf and second even more so show off that edge.

It just makes her scarf much more elegant looking, rather than just something that you wrap wrap wrap~

it’s all about edges and angles and folds and draping~! structure, haha ^_~
