<h4><span style="color: #cc0066;">Silver Lining</span></h4>
<p>There&#8217;s nothing more satisfying than a crisp white garment, and head to toe can only really be done in Summer (water marks on hems are not a good look!). But we do have to be careful when it comes to summer sun through a skirt beautifully illustrated by the pic above. But you can always attach a lining, it doesn&#8217;t even have to be made well or neatly. A handy way to wear semi sheer white clothes or one of those floaty kaftans that are everywhere in the sales now.</p>

<h4><span style="color: #cc0066;">TSE ad campaign</span></h4>
<p>Hijab in Vogue? you&#8217;d be forgiven for thinking these were taken for a Muslimah label. Cashmere label TSE have made a bold statement more than once with models sometimes covered from head to toe. I first saw the ads in an Observer fashion Supplement Autumn &#8216;07, the images were so different to everything else in the magazine.</p>
<p><span id="more-1251"></span></p>
<div id="attachment_1257" class="wp-caption alignright" style="width: 480px"><img class="size-full wp-image-1257" title="TSE 2009 bonnet" src="http://www.stylecovered.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/04/tse2009.jpg" alt="Summer bonnets in light shades at TSE this season" width="470" height="632" /><p class="wp-caption-text">Summer bonnets in light shades at TSE this season</p></div>
<h4><span style="color: #cc0066;">Summer Bonnets</span></h4>
<p>Cashmere bonnets in summer came as more of a surprise. They are similar to the D&amp;G style with a vintage swim cap feel but most importantly they are very hijab friendly.</p>
<p>Covering the ears and the hair nicely they frame the face very well even if the statement isn&#8217;t as dramatic as the Autumn/Winter style.</p>
<p>Just layer a lightweight hijab over the top to cover the neck and you&#8217;re all set for spring/summer.</p>
<div id="attachment_1254" class="wp-caption aligncenter" style="width: 569px"><img class="size-full wp-image-1254" title="Hijab FAshion: TSE" src="http://www.stylecovered.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/04/blog1-21.jpg" alt="Muslimah Style: With bonnets and loose clothing TSE make knitwear very hijab friendly." width="559" height="851" /><p class="wp-caption-text">Muslimah Style: With bonnets and loose clothing TSE make knitwear very hijab friendly.</p></div>
<h3><span style="color: #cc0066;">Hijab Couture Autumn/Winter 2007</span></h3>
<div id="attachment_1256" class="wp-caption aligncenter" style="width: 546px"><img class="size-full wp-image-1256" title="HIjab Fashion: TSE aw 09" src="http://www.stylecovered.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/04/tse-winter.jpg" alt="Head scarves wrapped and twisted to create stunning effects" width="536" height="376" /><p class="wp-caption-text">Head scarves wrapped and twisted to create stunning effects</p></div>
<h4><span style="color: #cc0066;">Islamic Twist<br />
</span></h4>
<p>As a hijabi the thing I loved most about the first images I saw was the fact that they went all out to cover the model from head to toe, there were only a couple where she wasn&#8217;t totally covered. Not only that but the way the headscarves had been wrapped were original and looked amazing. I loved the height and the interesting shapes they managed to create. Beautiful modesty was shown to readers who wouldn&#8217;t usually see it shown in such a bold way.</p>
<p>Have a look at their ad campaigns at <a href="http://www.tsecashmere.com/" target="_blank">TSE Cashmere</a></p>
<div id="attachment_1258" class="wp-caption aligncenter" style="width: 586px"><img class="size-full wp-image-1258" title="Muslim Fashion: TSE cover up" src="http://www.stylecovered.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/04/tse-coll.jpg" alt="Photos from the TSE A/W campaign going all out to cover up" width="576" height="921" /><p class="wp-caption-text">Photos from the TSE A/W campaign going all out to cover up</p></div>
<p>So that concludes StyleCovered&#8217;s mini trilogy of Hijab in mainstream ad campaigns, but who did the best job? You can leave your comments below too!</p>
